Mr Kong Chiong Ung, the managing director of Sunmow Construction Sdn Bhd, has had over 27 years of experience in the construction industry. In recognition of his contributions to the engineering profession, Mr Kong was awarded with Sarawak Entrepreneur of The Year Awards 2024 – Master Entrepreneur, representing The Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sarawak.

On December 7, 2024, Perfect Vision conducted a half-day eye screening program aimed at educating the employees of SUNMOW about the importance of eye health and providing free eye screenings.

On October 26, 2024, LKB Clinic conducted a half-day health screening program for the employees of Sunmow Constructions. The event was thoughtfully organized to promote health awareness and provide screenings and wellness services, fostering an atmosphere of health, education, and community spirit.

On the 5th August 2024, the much-anticipated Persekutuan Orang Ulu (FORUM) Multipurpose Hall and General Office/Resource Centre handover took place in Miri, marking a significant milestone for the local community.

On 27 January 2024, Sunmow organized an Annual Dinner which transformed the Margherita Plaza Ballroom in Bintulu into a magical haven reminiscent of the wizarding world of Harry Potter.
