Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on-site.
  • Ensure that all civil engineering works are executed according to design, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of the work to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage, lead and plan for site team and provide necessary assistance in overall site works.
  • Managing the site day-to-day, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
  • To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality system.
  • To study and check construction drawings in order to perform works as per project specifications.
  • To ensure that all works carried out on projects are handled in accordance with the related work instructions and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

The Machinery and Logistics Admin plays a crucial role in supporting the Machinery and Logistics department by efficiently managing and compiling operational data. This role ensures accurate reporting and smooth administrative operations within the department, assisting in tracking machinery usage, fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and other essential logistics data.

1. Data Compilation & Management

  • Collect and compile data related to machinery usage, including operational hours, fuel consumption, repair costs, leasing and maintenance schedules.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of machinery movement (in/out of sites) to ensure that equipment allocation and utilization are properly monitored.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining databases that track all machinery and vehicle details, including specifications, operational history, and service records.
  • Disposal record (Preventive maintenance record).

2. Reporting & Documentation

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly reports detailing machinery usage, fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and overall performance of the machinery fleet.
  • Generate regular reports for management to analyze machinery performance, operational costs, and downtime.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for repair and maintenance activities, including the tracking of invoices, receipts, and warranties.
  • Support in compiling ad-hoc reports and presentations related to machinery and logistics operations as required by management.

3. Cost Monitoring & Analysis

  • Monitor fuel consumption and report any discrepancies or inefficiencies in fuel usage.
  • Assist in tracking repair and maintenance costs, ensuring they align with the budget and providing monthly cost breakdowns.
  • Compile data to support cost analysis efforts, identifying areas for potential savings and improvements.

4. Inventory & Asset Tracking

  • Maintain an organized system for tracking spare parts, tools, and other machinery-related inventory.
  • Assist in ensuring that inventory levels are regularly updated and that necessary supplies are stocked to support maintenance and repair activities.
  • Support the team in inventory audits to ensure all parts and tools are accounted for and properly stored.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between departments (workshop, logistics, project management) to ensure accurate data exchange and alignment.
  • Assist in coordinating with external vendors for repair work, parts procurement, and other logistics services.
  • Communicate with the Workshop Supervisor and Assistant Manager to gather necessary operational data for reporting purposes.

6. Support in Administrative Tasks

  • Provide general administrative support to the Machinery and Logistics Manager and other team members as needed.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling, and documentation for logistics-related discussions and planning sessions.

7. Other Duties

  • Perform any tasks and responsibilities assigned by Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting bulldozers, cranes, graders and other heavy construction equipment for proper performance, and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.
  • Diagnosing faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine the extent of repair required.
  • Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, components or systems using hand and power tools.
  • Testing repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers’ specifications.
  • Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment.
  • Service attachments and working tools such as blades, ploughs, winches and side booms.
  • May perform repair work on heavy trucks.
  • To execute any other duties as and when required by immediate superior and Management.

  • Provide general administration and clerical support in processing all accounts payable (including employee-related claims) and account receivable transactions.
  • Maintaining financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Maintaining a full set of accounts (by projects).
  • Preparing monthly project cost reporting.
  • Supervise and review the accounting work of account assistants for accuracy.
  • Ensure the subcontractors’ bills match the payment certificates.
  • Ensure the costs related to construction projects have been charged to the correct coding.
  • Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments by placing collection calls and emails.
  • Collaborating with project management staff to ensure proper compliance with accounting procedures.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Manage and record staff claims and petty cash.
  • Support the annual audit by providing information to auditors.
  • Creditors statement reconciliation.
