  • Submit all correspondence form to HQ Office in a timely manner. (PSR, GRN, RMRF, VMC, SRF, ITF, WODR, D/O, Invoice, etc).
  • Prepare, manage and submit respective reports as instructed by Management in a timely manner. (Weekly report, Asset Masterlist Report, etc).
  • To prepare and maintain proper organization of filing system, storage of documents and information for easy traceability (digital or hardcopy).
  • Prepare, verify, and manage the employee timesheet, attendance, overtime works and other employee’s data records (daily, weekly and monthly basis) while reporting to respective Site Superior accordingly.
  • Assist Site Project team to liaise with HR, Admin and Account related matters (E.g.: Employee advance, passport, permit, Travel expenses, Claim form etc).
  • To submit the utilities records to Admin Department on monthly basis (SESCO & LAKU).
  • To order, manage and maintain the materials/service of the inventory for Site Office supplies includes the electronics equipment.
  • Organize and schedule meetings/appointment for project team on sites includes set-up the meeting room accordingly.
