Sunmow Development Sdn Bhd is proud to announce that the company has been honoured with the Commendation Award for Landed Residential (Large Category) at the prestigious SHEDA Excellence Awards 2025, held during the SHEDA Annual Dinner in Kuching on 1 November 2025.
The award was presented in recognition of My Residence 2, a landed residential development launched in 2022 and successfully completed and handed over in 2024. The project marks Sunmow Development’s first in-house development, symbolizing a major milestone in the company’s expansion into property development alongside its core construction business.
Located in Bintulu, My Residence 2 was conceptualized with a focus on modern living, sustainability, and community connection. The project’s thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and timely delivery have earned positive feedback from homeowners and industry peers alike.
