Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update monthly reports on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities and patrols.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and HSE inductions for new workers to ensure awareness of safety protocols and procedures.
• Perform monthly inspections of site extinguishers, machinery, equipment, body harnesses, and first aid boxes to verify their operational readiness and compliance.

• Undertake additional tasks as instructed by management to support safety initiatives and overall project objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Additional knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards will be an added advantage.
