LKB Clinic Hosts Health Screening Program for Sunmow Constructions
On October 26, 2024, LKB Clinic conducted a half-day health screening program for the employees of Sunmow Constructions. The event was thoughtfully organized to promote health awareness and provide screenings and wellness services, fostering an atmosphere of health, education, and community spirit.
The morning began with an informative health talk led by Dr. Vaish, a dedicated health literacy advocate. Dr. Vaish engaged the crowd with an enlightening session on cervical cancer awareness, emphasizing the importance of early detection and prevention. The employees responded enthusiastically, participating actively and sharing questions and concerns, showing their commitment to understanding and prioritizing their health.
Dr. Parthevan, a Mental Health Trainer, followed with a talk on mental wellness at work and hypertension. His engaging presentation highlighted the significance of managing stress in the workplace and maintaining a healthy blood pressure. Employees were eager to learn ways to improve their mental and physical well-being, making the session both informative and motivational.
Following the talks, the comprehensive health screening began. The clinic team efficiently managed the screening process while simultaneously guiding the ladies on breast self-examination techniques—a crucial skill for early detection of breast health issues. One of the highlights of the event was the body fat analysis. Employees were excited to receive personalized insights and interpretations of their body fat readings, helping them understand their overall health status.
